What is the performance target in GRID Legends — Deluxe Edition

GRID Legends is officially supported on all Mac models that feature an Apple silicon chip (also known as an M1 or M2 chip). Because there are variations in the power output across the different Apple silicon chips, the default settings in GRID Legends vary for each supported Mac device. These settings are automatically applied upon first launch and have been chosen to offer a balance between graphical fidelity and performance.

Below is a breakdown of the default performance target across supported Mac models:

Default performance target of 30fps:

• MacBook Air (2020 and 2022 models)
• MacBook Pro 13” (2020 and 2022 models)
• Mac Mini (2020 and M2 2023 model)
• iMac (2021 and 2023 models)

Default performance target of 40fps:

• MacBook Pro 14” (M3 2023)

Default performance target of 60fps:

• MacBook Pro 14” (2021 and M2 Pro / M2 Pro Max / M3 Pro / M3 Pro Max 2023 models)
• MacBook Pro 16” (2021 and 2023 models)
• Mac Mini (M2 Pro 2023)
• Mac Studio (2022)
• Mac Pro (2023)

Note: To increase performance on any of the above Macs, lower the advanced graphics settings by selecting Options → Video → Advanced from the Main Menu.
