My Movies occasionally go out of sync. What can I do to prevent this?

When exporting a movie, the audio track may occasionally get out of sync with the video. This is caused by a number of factors, but there are several steps you can take to minimise its effect:

• Make sure no other applications are running.
• Do not tab out of the game, or perform any other action on the computer while it is exporting.
• For best results, launch The Movies: Superstar Edition and export just after rebooting your computer.
