I can't navigate the in-game menus correctly when playing with a Playstation DualShock 4 or Xbox One controller. How do I fix this?
If you are using a Playstation DualShock 4 or Xbox One controller, and you have Steam's PlayStation Configuration Support or Xbox Configuration Support enabled, you may experience issues when navigating Batman: Arkham City's in-game menus (for example, pressing 'Left' or 'Right' will move your cursor in that direction twice).
To resolve this issue, disable Steam's PlayStation Configuration Support or Xbox Configuration Support by following the steps below:
Open Steam.
Select Steam → Preferences from the menu bar. The Preferences window will appear.
Select Controller from the left-hand menu. The Controller preferences will appear.
Under Controller Configuration, select General Controller Settings. The Controller Settings menu will appear in a new window.
Disable PlayStation Configuration Support and/or Xbox Configuration Support.
Close the Controller Settings window and relaunch the game.
