How do I share my custom challenges?

To share your custom challenges, follow these steps:

1. After creating and saving your challenge in Tropico 3: Gold Edition, exit the game.

2. Relaunch the game by double-clicking on the Tropico 3: Gold Edition Application icon while holding the Command (⌘) key. The Tropico 3: Gold Edition pre-game Options window will appear.

3. Select the Advanced tab and click on the Open Preferences Folder button. A new finder window will open showing the Tropico 3: Gold Edition folder on your computer’s hard drive.

4. Open the ~AppData/Challenges folder (where the “~” symbol refers to the Tropico 3: Gold Edition folder) to view a list of your saved custom challenges. You can copy these files and share them with other players, via e-mail or iChat.

To install challenges created by other players, simply place them in the ~AppData/Challenges folder. The new challenge(s) will now appear in the Challenges menu when you next launch the game.
