KNOWN ISSUE IN VERSION 1.0.1 - Crash on launch when using multiple displays
If you use multiple displays and have changed your primary display or unplugged a display since the last time you played Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition, the game may crash when you attempt to launch it.
To prevent the game from crashing, you should delete the Preferences Data file for Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition. To do so, follow these steps:
If Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition is not already running, double-click on the Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition application icon. By default this is to be found in the Applications folder on your computer's hard drive.
The Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition pre-game Options window will appear. Click on the Advanced tab.
Click on the Open Preferences Folder button.
The preferences folder for Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Ultimate Edition will open in the Finder. Drag the Preferences Data file to the Trash to delete it.
You should now be able to launch the game normally.
We are working to fix this issue in the next update to the game.
