To run Tropico 4: Gold Edition in windowed mode, follow these instructions:

1. Double-click on the Tropico 4: Gold Edition application icon while holding down the Command (⌘) key. The pre-game Options window will appear.

2. Click on the Video tab.

3. Check the Run in a window checkbox.

4. Click the Play button. The game will start in windowed mode.
