How do I resume a saved LAN multiplayer campaign in Napoleon: Total War?

The player who originally hosted the game must resume as host.

To join a saved campaign game, you must have the saved game file on your computer. If you took part in the game the last time it was saved, you will have this by default. If not, see Can I take part in a resumed multiplayer campaign if I was not one of the original players? in these FAQs.
