I cannot play on the Internet though GameRanger, what is the problem?

You will not be able to play via GameRanger if you do not have full access to the internet - restricted access is usually the result of a Firewall or Gateway.

• If you are running a Firewall: Open port 15000 on the TCP protocol.
• If you are running a Gateway: Setup routing tables.

If you are running both a Firewall and Gateway follow both sets of instructions. For further information, contact your network administrator, ISP or refer to these GameRanger Help pages.
